Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  1. Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
  2. Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising. Ensuring effective communication internally also.
  3. Manage major projects such as PR events, launches, Marketing campaigns, Annual GP Study Day, GP evenings, Trade show exhibits.
  4. Liaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, On-line, Media Buyers, Medical Publications.
  5. Update Press Releases from outside agencies.
  6. Liaise with all department Managers in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas e.g. GP Booklet, Patients Booklet. Re-write text for relevant audience. Ensure effective communication with same.
  7. Demonstrate familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research.
  8. Maintain high level of knowledge of Hospital’s clinical services.
  9. Work closely with GP Liaison executives to ensure clear marketing message to GP audience and marketing support and materials supplied to them.
  10. Manage creation and distribution of Internal Newsletter (Spotlight on Staff) for internal communication within hospital.
  11. Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
  12. Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
  13. Manage Grand Rounds and relationship management with Consultants.
  14. Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
  15. Direct and manage Social Media & Marketing Assistant and provide support and guidance
  16. Researching and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights.
  17. Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  18. Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
  19. Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record.
  20. Issue on-going reports on all activities to Top Management.
  21. Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
  22. Develop a monthly planner and set a bench mark on monthly targets to achieve and shall grow with the organization, with appropriate incentive based on accomplishment of target.    

Health Camp Organizer

Job Descripton:

·Conducting Camps identifying Potential areas
·Doctor Referral Marketing
oCreate network of referral doctors in all nearby cities and have a constant touch of the them either personally or over phone
oUpdate the doctor about the patient treatment in the hospital and send them the discharge summary and ask the patient to see the referral doctor after review
·Referral Marketing (Like Know Circle, Private Hospital who does not have the facility for the service or Insurance handling capacity & Private Ambulances / 108)
·Ask for reviews from patients
·Follow up with patient feedback in your marketing efforts
We may have all the facility in the world but the world doesn’t know what we have and what we are capable off until we establish ourselves – We need to establish in public like what we have and what we do on regular basis.
A small Monthly / Once in 3 months magazine with at least 40 pages with all we do inside our set up can reach the unreachable indirectly.
